“My passion from very early in life has been to work with people to reach the potential that God intended for them. This passion began in my teens when I was not able to play any sport because I was a polio survivor. So, I set out to fulfill a dream of being a coach. That dream came true at age 22 when I became the head baseball coach at my hometown of Petal, MS. Five years later I would become Athletic Director as well. Then at age 32 I would surrender to full time ministry. That ministry continued through serving two churches over the next 34 years until 2014. At that time I was privileged to work with two non-profit charities and do volunteer ministry in my local church. My passion continues to be able to help people find God’s will and then go about doing it. Coaching has always been my dream whether it was doing it in sports or in life. In this season I believe it’s about the physical, mental, emotional, and more importantly the spiritual guidance that I believe God has gifted to me. I look forward to see what God is going to do.”
